The Streamlight Scorpion is still one of the brightest incandescent flashlight for its size on the market, and since it is a Streamlight, certainly very reliable! The Scorpion's rubber-coated aircraft aluminum body is less then 5" long and the Xenon gas-filled bulb produces an amazing 6,500 candlepower of light with spot-to-flood focus. One handed operation with the rear-mounted two-stage pressure switch, which allows for both momentary and constant "on" positions. Powered by two 3-volt CR123A lithium batteries with a 10 year shelf life (included). A spare bulb is concealed inside.
