What methods of payment do you accept?
When will my order arrive?
We work hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Most orders placed before midday Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. If an item is out of stock or is no longer available, we will contact you via email or telephone.
What if my order is wrong or defective when received?

How will my purchase be despatched?
Goods are despatched via Royal Mail or UPS or alternatively can be collected in person from the London office; you can choose your preference during the checkout process.
How much does delivery cost?

Can you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally to most countries subject to any applicable customs duties that may need to be paid locally directly.
How long will my international parcel take to arrive?
It is not possible to state how long international shipments may take as customs procedure times can vary but we hope to achieve delivery within two weeks.
Can I track my shipment?
A tracking link will be sent to you via email.
Will there be any additional costs to receive my order?

How do I change information on my account?
From the homepage, navigate to 'Account'. From here you can change/update your profile, addresses and passwords.
Problems logging in/forgotten password
From the homepage, navigate to 'Open Session', then 'My Account'. Enter your email address and a new password will be emailed to you.
Is my information secure?
Yes, we take security very seriously and taken steps to protect your information and payment details. You can read more about PayPal security information here.
When are you open?
We are open from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed online outside of these hours will be processed the next working day. If planning to visit the Panastore in person, please call to check we are open if visiting before 9am or after 5pm.
Do you offer student discount?
We do not currently offer student discount online.
