At Panastore we want to make the delivery as simple as possible, keeping our services as cheap and as fast as possible.
Typically orders received by 1pm on a business day are processed and dispatched same day. Orders received after this time will be processed next business day.

You will receive an email to let you know when your order has left our premises. The delivery information provided is from the time of dispatch, not from the time of ordering. Delivery times vary based on order location.
We are unfortunately unable to ship batteries, aerosols, and sharp goods.
UK (exc. NI):
If no one is home when items are sent with either Royal Mail or Parcelforce, a card may be left which will ask you to collect from the local depot or arrange a redelivery. You may also receive a text or phone call.
International:
You are likely to be contacted by Parcelforce or your local customs agency to pay any outstanding taxes and fees for you order to be delivered. If these aren't paid, the order will be returned to us.
