FAQs

Where are your batteries, aerosols, and liquids?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to sell any of our aerosols, batteries, or liquids online. These products are still available for collection, and include all standard batteries, Kenair, lens cleaners, sensor cleaners, WD40, etc. For all product enquiries, please contact us.

When will my order arrive?

We work hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Most orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. If an item is out of stock or is no longer available, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

What if my order is wrong or defective when received?

We endeavour to ensure that all shipments are complete and in working order, but in the case of any issues, please notify the Panastore upon receipt at info@panastoreonline.co.uk or +44 (0) 208 839 7372

Can I cancel/amend my order?

How do I return a product? 

Returns for returned items must be made within 30 days from the date of order, any returned items must be unopened and unused. To discuss a return or technical problem, contact the Panastore on info@panastoreonline.co.uk or +44 (0) 208 839 7372

When are you open?

We are open from 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.  Orders placed online outside of these hours will be processed the next working day.  If planning to visit the Panastore in person, please call to check we are open if visiting before 9am or after 5pm.

Do you offer discounts? 

We do offer discounts to students, Panavision staff, and GBCT members. Please contact us for more information, including how to use your discount.

Delivery FAQs

How will my purchase be dispatched?

Goods are dispatched via Parcelforce, or alternatively can be collected in person from the London office; you can choose your preference during the checkout process.

How much does delivery cost?

Can you ship internationally? 

We can ship internationally to most countries subject to any applicable customs duties that may need to be paid locally directly.  

How long will my international parcel take to arrive?

It is not possible to state how long international shipments may take as customs procedure times can vary but we hope to achieve delivery within two weeks.

Can I track my shipment?

A tracking link will be sent to you via email.

Will there be any additional costs to receive my order?
