Questions
How does pre-order work?
You pay now, as with any order. The tee ships on 9 October and pre-orders go out that day, with the same delivery options as everything else in the store. Your order confirmation shows the line as Pre-order: Ships 9 October.
Can I cancel or return a pre-order?
Yes. Email info@panastoreonline.co.uk any time before it ships for a full refund. Once it has arrived you have 30 days to return it, unworn and in its original packaging. EU customers also have the 14 day right of withdrawal.
I am ordering other things too. When do they ship?
Everything in an order ships together once the tee is in. If you need the other items sooner, place them as a separate order: before 1pm on a business day and they go out the same day.
Which size should I order?
Sizes run S to 3XL. The size guide above is the maker's own chart: the chest measurement each size is made to fit, as a body measurement rather than the garment. Between sizes, go up.

When will it arrive?
It ships on 9 October. UK standard delivery then takes 5 to 8 business days, signed for, or choose Express for the next business day. International orders ship worldwide; duties and taxes are charged locally on delivery.
