Questions
Which size should I order?
Sizes run Small to 3XL. Bodywarmers are worn over other layers, so if you will have a hoodie or shacket under it, go up a size. For garment measurements, email info@panastoreonline.co.uk and we will send them.
Where is the hood?
Rolled into the collar. Pull it out when the rain starts and tuck it away again after, so the collar stands clean the rest of the time.
Why a bodywarmer on set?
It keeps your core warm and leaves your arms free, which is what you want when you are handling kit all day. Worn over a hoodie it is a winter layer; on its own it is an autumn one.
What is on it?
The Panavision London logo on the left chest, above the zipped chest pocket. Nothing on the back.
When will it arrive?
Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are dispatched the same day; after 1pm, the next business day. UK standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days with a signature, or choose Express for guaranteed next business day. International orders ship worldwide; duties and taxes are charged locally on delivery.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving it to request a return, unworn and in its original packaging. Email info@panastoreonline.co.uk to start one. EU customers also have the 14 day right of withdrawal.
